About our CEO
Patricia Ramos
Dr. Tricia Ramos is the President and CEO of Wave Makers, LLC, where she leads innovative strategies that connect education with workforce needs. With 25 years in academia, she has overseen Academic Affairs at Santa Monica College, guided major program development—including two bachelor programs, in Interaction Design and Cloud Computing—and managed multimillion‑dollar workforce initiatives. She has launched pioneering programs in the Blue Economy, Aquaculture, Homeless Service Work, and career training for incarcerated youth, while shaping national and regional workforce policy through statewide leadership and industry partnerships. Dr. Ramos is committed to building pathways that expand opportunity and strengthen communities.
